OTHER ORDER- RELATED QUESTIONS
Q. Why are orders limited to a 90 day supply?
For legal reasons we can send you no more than a three-month supply of each of your medications, provided you have a valid prescription for that amount of medication and it is for your personal use only. If your physician writes a prescription for more than a three-month supply, we’ll issue only enough of the prescription to cover the first three months. If requested, we can issue another three-month supply once the first three-month supply has been used up.
Q. Do I require a new prescription every year?
We will continue renewing your prescription for the number of refills indicated on your prescription, but once one year has passed from the day your prescription was written, we will require a new prescription from your doctor.
