Q. How much can I save when I buy from Israeli pharmacies? What’s the average savings?
When you order from our Israel pharmacies online, you could save up to 70%. Most drugs are priced about half of what you’d normally pay at your local pharmacy.
Q. Why are some drug prices lower in Israel?
In some countries like the United States, the market drives pharmaceutical pricing. This usually means higher prices. In countries like Israel, the government keeps drug prices low in order to control medical expenses. Drugs Israel pharmacies provide are cheaper than what you can buy in the U.S.A., but there are a few exceptions. For full details on prices for our medications, please check out our Drug Prices page.
Q. Are there any additional charges, fees or taxes included with my order?
No. Our Israel pharmacies online have no additional hidden fees or taxes which would drive up the cost of your medicines. Your total bill will be the amount of the prescription drugs ordered as listed in our Drug Browser plus a $14.95 USD shipping charge.
Paying for your order of Israeli drugs
Q. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD or we can bill your CHECKING ACCOUNT.
Q. You can bill my Checking Account. How does that work?
You don’t need to even fax or mail a check to us. On our online patient profile form, simply fill out the required “Pay by Check” fields using the Bank account, and Bank Routing numbers found on the bottom of a check. Don’t fax or mail a check to us. Our Israeli online pharmacy uses the checking information provided to simply debit your checking account for the amount of your order.

We’ll also require other information such as the name of the account owner and your Driver's License Number or your Mother's maiden name.
Shipping Costs and Questions
Q. What’s the cost to ship my medications to me?
Shipping charges are a standard $14.95 USD. PLEASE NOTE: to save you money, we charge per package; not per prescription. That means if you order several prescriptions at the same time, they will be shipped in one package with a combined shipping charge of just $14.95 USD.
For example, if you have 3 prescriptions you ordered on 3 separate occasions, you would be charged a shipping fee for each separate order (or 3 charges of $14.95 USD). But if you combined all 3 prescriptions on one order, you would only be charged ONE shipping fee of $14.95 USD.
Q. How long should it take for my medications to arrive from the Israeli pharmacy?
It takes time to validate your medical information and register you as a new customer. Your initial order may take from 21 to 26 days to arrive. Refill orders should take 14 days, but may take as much as 19 days to arrive.
Please Note: US Customs can hold any package for up to 30 days!
Q. Will you ship to other countries besides the United States?
Currently, we are targeting ourselves to people who live in the United States.
